The CSS Selector Cheat Sheet Poster was intended to be an improvement over the explanation of rudimentary CSS selectors in Jon Duckett’s wonderful book, HTML and CSS. The issue with his explanation of CSS selectors is that the information is not in context, meaning that he provides example CSS selectors without specifying the HTML elements they would match. The poster aims to rectify this shortcoming.
